Chase the Spirits at Allegretto Vineyard Resort

Distill the idea of becoming a weekend mixologist at the Allegretto Vineyard Resort, Paso Robles’ first destination resort.

The Central Coast is capturing the imagination of distillers who are using the bounty of the region to create spirits featuring local ingredients. Now, guests who have had their fill of wine tours can immerse themselves in spirits and mixology as the resort announces its Distillery Tour and Mixology Class.

The three day, two night curated offering begins with behind-the-scenes tours of three Central Coast distilleries and includes lunch with a twist and luxury transportation. The experience is infused with a mixology class at the Allegretto where their award-winning mixologist will teach guests how to make their own cocktails using fresh, local ingredients and spirits. The newly minted cocktail experts will learn how to use the resort-crafted elixirs, syrups, dried fruits and herbs to raise the bar of their cocktails. After a day of mixing, learning and sipping, Chef Justin Picard will create a four-course dinner that satisfies and stuns the palate. The Chef’s Garden will supply key ingredients for the meal and accents for the cocktails.

Package prices start at $1,600, depending on room type and season, and are exclusive of tasting fees and tips.
