Visit Disneyland Resort: MagicBand+

Not too many people had  MagicBand+  at Disneyland Resort, from what I noticed, but that didn't stop us from getting them.   You can use the MagicBand+ to scan into the entry gates or scan your Lightning Lane passes.  No need to take out your phone and open up the Disneyland app or your photos app for a screenshot of your admission ticket or Lightning Lane pass.  It's easy to sync the MagicBand+ to everyone in your party through the Disneyland app. It's rechargeable, and one full charge is supposed to last 1-3 days, but we'd charge them at the end of each night. Another fun thing about the MagicBand+ is that it'll blink and flash in all sorts of colors depending on where you are, whether at certain rides or shows.  You can also use to link PhotoPass photos and other experiences. It's totally not a necessary thing to have, but it's a nice-to-have for the convenience.   One thing I did read prior to getting them is that they have a tende...

Four Courses in Four Locations and More at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay

Food is what brings people together and yet can stop a conversation. It’s what’s judged the best, if nothing is left. Sometimes, especially when traveling, there just aren't enough meals in a day to experience all the flavors of a destination.

Combining this love for good food and immersive travel with stunning oceanfront locations, Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay has launched three dining experiences to enable guests to explore Bali through their palates.

Culinary Tour de Force: Four courses, four locations
Exclusively available for only one booking per night, the Culinary Tour de Force is Bali's first progressive dining experience within a 5-star resort. Guests will savor the extensive variety of local and international cuisine around the resort in one unforgettable evening, with a progressive four-course dinner at four different locations. This seamless dining experience starts with sunset canapés at an oceanfront table for two along the resort's tranquil foreshore, with views along the wide curve of Jimbaran Beach and the traditional jukung fishing boats. Guests are escorted to Taman Wantilan restaurant for a Western entrée with elevated views, then to beachfront Sundara for a Modern Asian main course, and back to a candlelit garden in a private villa for the dessert finale. The only thing that doesn't change is the discreet Four Seasons service throughout the evening.

Sunset Cruise around Jimbaran Bay
You haven’t experienced the real Jimbaran Bay, Bali’s traditional fishing village, unless you’ve seen it from the ocean. The resort’s Sunset Cruise starts at the beach and sails through calm waters past dramatic cliffs to reveal the best sunset viewing spot, served up with canapés and Champagne afloat in the Indian Ocean.

Bali’s Longest Brunch
Sundara beach club and restaurant invites guests to stay all day with the launch of Bali’s Longest Brunch, every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Join the all-day beach lifestyle of Jimbaran Bay with an indulgent Sunday Brunch of unlimited tapas served à la carte style, then laze and graze poolside or work it off with laps in the 187-foot beachfront pool or a stroll along Jimbaran Beach. Soak up the buzzing energy and DJ beats as you watch Mother Nature's magic at work. At 5 p.m., there’s another reason to stay, as the bartenders get busy for the Sundara Sundowners Happy Hour, daily from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. The Kids’ Club next door makes it the perfect family day out.
