Visit Catalina Island: Lloyd's of Avalon

Of course we stopped to get some ice cream while on Catalina Island.  We ended up at Lloyd's of Avalon , where one of the employees told us they source the ice cream from various vendors (so it's not housemade). Cookie Monster Mocha Almond Fudge Bubble Gum Honey Churro I had the Honey Churro, which was a little too sweet for my liking. Everyone else loved the ice cream flavors they chose, however. Sheraton Grand Los Cabos, Hacienda Del Mar, To Ring in 2017 With Revellion Celebration

This year, guests at the Sheraton Grand Los Cabos, Hacienda del Mar will welcome 2017 with a full slate of celebratory New Year’s Eve events. The hotel is adding their signature luxurious Latin twist to the Reveillon tradition, by offering guests the opportunity to join in the revelry of the New Year with friends and family, while enjoying a gourmet meal and festivities that last the entire night.

The celebration will begin with a welcome cocktail reception in Sirenas Restaurant from 7:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. Following the reception, guests may choose to dine at Tomatoes Restaurant, which will offer a buffet, live music, and a sparkling wine toast, or at De Cortez, where guests can enjoy a five-course prefix dinner paired with premium wines, live music, and a sparkling wine toast. To conclude the evening’s events, a midnight party will begin at 10:30 p.m. on the De Cortez pool deck, featuring international premium wine, a DJ, and fireworks.

The Sheraton Grand Los Cabos, Hacienda del Mar recently completed a multimillion dollar renovation throughout.
