Visit San Diego: Mr. Moto Pizza

Mr. Moto Pizza is a Cali chain that serves up all sorts of pizzas, as well as stuffed knots. I decided to grab a Pepperoni Jalapeno Ranch stuffed knot.   At just $4, it was huge, and it was a meal in itself. It was essentially like a pizza, but stuffed in a garlic knot. Visit Salt Lake City: Blacksmith Ice Cream

Our ice cream stop in Utah to make the state "officially" count in our 50-state adventure was Blacksmith Ice Cream.

Chewy Gooey Buttercake + Milk & Honey
We've been to over 200 ice cream shops around the world, and Blacksmith Ice Cream is one of the best we've been to.  

These small batch, artisan-crafted ice creams were so rich and creamy, and the flavors of the ingredients really shone through.  

I had the Chewy Gooey Buttercake, which had pieces of buttercake throughout, and the Milk & Honey, which was my favorite of the two.  The bits of honey gave the ice cream more dimension. 

Everyone raved about the flavors they chose!
