Visit San Diego: Mr. Moto Pizza

Mr. Moto Pizza is a Cali chain that serves up all sorts of pizzas, as well as stuffed knots. I decided to grab a Pepperoni Jalapeno Ranch stuffed knot.   At just $4, it was huge, and it was a meal in itself. It was essentially like a pizza, but stuffed in a garlic knot. Visit Utah: Bonneville Salt Flats

The Bonneville Salt Flats are the remains of Lake Bonneville.  Spanning 30,000 acres, the salt flats are quite a sight!
There is an area at the Bonneville Salt Flats used for official racing events, and you can drive on the salt flats, but we did not chance it with our rental car.  
It's a super cool place to visit, and you should come prepared with eyewear and sunscreen, as the sunlight reflecting off the salt can really be intense.  
If you touch the salt, be sure to go to a nearby restroom to wash your hands, as we saw lots of animal scat at the salt flats.  I've seen some sites that talked about licking the salt, but I wouldn't recommend it - people are walking all over it, and of course so are the animals.  

The Bonneville Salt Flats are about a 90-minute drive from Salt Lake City. 

It's a definitely a neat place to visit!
