Visit San Diego: Mr. Moto Pizza

Mr. Moto Pizza is a Cali chain that serves up all sorts of pizzas, as well as stuffed knots. I decided to grab a Pepperoni Jalapeno Ranch stuffed knot.   At just $4, it was huge, and it was a meal in itself. It was essentially like a pizza, but stuffed in a garlic knot. Visit California: Manhattan Beach Creamery

I'm always Google searching for "ice cream near me" whenever I travel, and while in SoCal, Manhattan Beach Creamery was just 400+ feet away!  

It's such a cute shop with all kinds of confections.  I was very tempted to try an ice cream cookie sandwich, but I ended up getting the Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream, which the employee said was one of the more popular flavors.

It was so creamy with chunks of cheesecake and swirls of strawberry.  Loved it!

A popular chain ice cream shop that I love is literally across the street from Manhattan Beach Creamery, but we always try to support local, and this ice cream shop did not disappoint.
