Visit San Diego: Mr. Moto Pizza

Mr. Moto Pizza is a Cali chain that serves up all sorts of pizzas, as well as stuffed knots. I decided to grab a Pepperoni Jalapeno Ranch stuffed knot.   At just $4, it was huge, and it was a meal in itself. It was essentially like a pizza, but stuffed in a garlic knot. Visit Hilo: Chris' BBQ & Grill

On our way to a meeting, we came across a food stand at a car lot.  That food stand was Chris' BBQ & Grill, which was set up at Kilauea Motors.  
They specialize in Lechon, and will even give you a sample to try.
It was so delicious!  The meat was super tender and juicy, and the skin crispy.  

My friend loved it as well, and we both thought if they made a Lechon Kawali, it would be so amazing.
